What You'll Train
Adult classes cover the full traditional curriculum — not a stripped-down or themed version. Every session builds toward real, usable skill and real rank.
Circular redirection, joint-lock defenses, wrist escapes, throws, and cane (jipangi) work — Hapkido's "Coordinated Power" principle: use an opponent's force against them rather than meeting it head-on.
Traditional Korean sword art — cutting forms, footwork, and blade fundamentals, offered alongside Hapkido for adult students.
