What You'll Train
Adult classes cover the full traditional curriculum — not a stripped-down or themed version. Every session builds toward real, usable skill and real rank.
Circular redirection, standing and ground defenses, escapes, throws, weapons and cane (jipangi) work — Hapkido's "Coordinated Power" principle: use an opponent's force against them rather than meeting it head-on.
Beautiful, traditional Korean sword art — circular motion, cutting, forms, footwork, and traditional sword fundamentals.
